  1. Hi D How do I fix these feet? I have tried the usual method of a new layer using your dodge and burn but I end up in a hot mess? Obviously very shallow DOF here.
  2. Oh I remember that one - thank you
  3. I don't - I change the marquee tool each time. Which is what i'm trying to do with my action
  4. Thank you D. I use a low opacity mostly and only use it on the blanket shots like this:
  5. It works so beautifully on a blanket. Sorry
  6. I bought it, but it flattens stuff and I hate that obviously - so trying to create my own that doesn't flatten Might try your way
  7. Mmm Can I send you an action to analyze?
  8. Hi D Please can you help me? I am making an action that creates blur around the edges of a newborn picture (it softens the blanket on the beanbag) I record the following steps: Duplicate layer - use the marquee tool to select around the edges, feather to 250pixels and invert Then gaussian blur 250 pixels. I need the action to stop before I choose the marquee tool and for it to tell me to choose the marquee tool so I can make it different as each picture is different and then I would need to hit play again. I hope that makes sense
  9. Mary - I like what it does to the background colours - particularly the greens and maroon type colours. I don't like what it does to skin, so if I were to use this I would only do it to the background and the strong colours, not the skin.
  10. Hello D, please can you help me achieve this look: My file attached
  11. Oh my - how did I not see that? Sorry I always manage to make a complete ass of myself.
  12. No not dodgy,
  13. No - its the same on the other eye
  14. It's been a while since I needed real help - are you able to help me fix this please - luckily only in a few pics - I got him to remove them when I saw what an issue it was going to be.
  15. Will definitely keep that in mind for next time - thank you
  16. I had a play - but struggling with some banding in the shadow.
  17. Could you do something with a black background?
  18. No - I was thinking of just having a digital backdrop I could use whenever - I haven't got an actual pic at the moment
  19. O dear - there goes that idea then
  20. This one has a peach backrop - I have a white wall I sometimes use - but not a great example of a full length pic.
  21. I guess - only I want more space like in the ballet dancer picture - is it the same principle? - I think it's the shadow where the paper curves at the bottom that i'm not sure how to achieve
  22. A plain white wall
