  1. Nikon Z5 Client wants an A4 or A3 print - is focus good enough?
  2. I have had a look at monitors and can't find the specific models, within our budget, that you have suggested in your article, here in NZ. However I have found these ones and I was wondering if I could get your advice before purchasing on which one looks best? https://www.computerlounge.co.nz/shop/peripherals/monitors/home-office/acer-ed272-27-fhd-4ms-75hz-ips-monitor https://www.computerlounge.co.nz/shop/peripherals/monitors/home-office/dell-ultrasharp-u2412m-24-fhd-1080p-ips-led-monitor https://www.pbtech.co.nz/product/MONAS12790/ASUS-VY279HE-27-Full-HD-Eye-Care-IPS-Monitor-Ultra https://www.harveynorman.co.nz/computers/monitors/acer-23.8-sa240-monitor.html?utm_source=google&utm_medium=surfaces&utm_campaign=organic-shopping&utm_content=surfaces_across_google
  3. Thanks Damien, I'll look into those options.
  4. Hi Damien, it is still quite off so I think I'll go with one of the more powerful calibrators - Datacolor SpyderX Elite or X-Rite i1Display Pro. Is there one in particular you'd recommend over the other?
  5. I will give this a try this evening and let you know, thanks
  6. I use two monitors and they're both iiyama Pro Lite 82409HDS
  7. I think I have got it now. Do I ignore the W and H numbers in the info panel as they differ from the 15 and 11 in the options bar? Thanks
  8. I'm definitely doing something wrong here! I'm also not sure how to get the numbers exact?
  9. I am trying size my images for the first time and getting confused! I am trying to size to 11:15. Is there an article that explains how to do this? Do I use the crop tool or go to 'Image size?' I am finding that my images are not as big as 11:15 so that when I do a crop, there is empty space around the image? Or if I do it via 'image size,' my photo then looks out of proportion? Is this explained in one of your courses? Thanks
  10. Hi Damien, I have just started the raw class. I have been watching your video - Introduction to Adobe Bridge and when I adjust the settings on an image in camera raw and press done, the following message comes up... unable to save the raw conversion settings the file could not be created I'm wondering if I should transfer my files from my camera to a folder on my hard drive first? Thanks!
