  2. Hi Damien, You state to trash your JPGS and keep the PSD - but how do you remember what the PSD was for as it has not image attached to that file when you scroll through the drives? I am sure I am missing something here.
  3. HI Brian, I am (just like everyone else) tossing up between the R6 or R5 - I like the idea of more MP but in reality how much more RAM will I need to process these comfortably in PS - my PC has the following details intel(R) Core(TM) i5-6400 CPU @ 2.70GHz 2.70 GHz 32GB RAM would I have enough power to deal with the larger files? Thanks in advance C
  4. Thanks Brian, I will take it apart tonight and have a look, I did order a new power supply as well so fingers crossed it will solve it - it has already been dusted out no dust there now - there was a bit of dust in there but not much. fans are spinning and have good air flow.. did check control panel its not going to sleep..
  5. i have an intermitted issue with my pc and monitor where the monitor will show a no signal message before just going blank - I the pc them seems to make a whirlling noise. i have swapped out hdmi cables, monitors (same issue on both) swapped to a lower graphics card thinking it may be the power supply not being grunty enough) nothing makes a difference has anyone had this issue?
  6. thank you for your feedback I have gone and ordered it

  9. Random question of the day: since you down load the software and it is on your PC, does it stop working when you no longer renew the contract? or does it keep working but you obviously get no more updates?
  10. Thanks for the advice, I might just have to take it in for some love
  11. No have not made a bootable disk, I will go and get a USB tomorrow and see if I can work it out, . But what will happen to the recovery drive once it has reached its limit? Will the laptop die?
  12. Hoping to find the answer my recovery disc is nearly full, can I somehow delete files out of it safely? or do I have to take it to the doctor?
