  1. I did do sharpening. But I save it at the settings it recommends. I just click it over to JPEG I never do any adjustments to it... I have a feeling that's wrong isn't it.
  2. Hi Damien... I recently had a proofbook made thru my professional lab and when I got it my heart sank! The photos was fuzzy and just looked terrible. I contacted the lab and they told me my photos was to big and I needed to change my JPEG option settings. That 12 is to big. Now everything I thought I knew seems to be all wrong and now I'm also worried about my regular printing besides just the proofs. Should I be doing different settings than this on all photos as well? Can you help me I'm so worried cause I have a client wanting 3 proofbooks. Ugh
  3. okay I will let you know soon as I check it out Thank you
  4. I have powered down several times to reset it but it remains the same. so I just wait for it to clear up on its own. I have actually seen it go away right before my eyes and then go back out seconds later.

  6. Hi Damien. I'm having trouble with how I see my photos. This is a new problem since I factory restored my laptop after reloading everything back up. It doesn't happen all the time its random. The photos look washed out and like they have no detail.....just awful! not even normal. I'm not sure if the problem is in my Laptop or Photoshop. I was hoping this is something you could help me out with.
  7. Hi Damien... I'm doing the sRGB troubleshoot that you have posted. I have downloaded the newest Photoshop and when I click on document profile it comes up as C2 8bps and doesn't give me a option to change it. What should I do?
