  1. Damien, So, because this is a high megapixal camera, will I see more noise at 100%? I never experianced this with my other cameras unless i shot underexposed or at a really high ISO. Thanks
  2. Here is an image and a 100% crop with the D810. You can see my settings and this is sooc with camera calibrations only
  3. Hi Brian, Ive recently purchased the D810 and have been getting a lot of noise at low ISO's. My D4 and D700 perform much better. Is this normal? Is there something I need to change with the high megapixels when I import or edit. Not sure if this is a defect as all the reviews I have read said it handles noise a lot better than previous models.
  4. This is SOOR, I want to add background to the left edge so I can crop for composition with negative space in the front of her, then even out the dark shadow in the front, and fill in the top edge. I see some fuchsia banding also. Can we cover that? .
  5. Typo lol! Masking her totally would be a pain. Not her mouth?
  6. Yes, coloration is fine, just want to get rid of the dark shadow in front of her and fill in the top. Even it out a little with a different tone. Masking out her mouth would a pain
  7. The first one is of the clipped image, the second is the image I want to replace the background. I know, get it right in camera but I love this profile.
  8. Thank you I Will. But he says you dont have to be neat about it and all the hair will be there. When I did that, it just looked like I masked on the background without care. LOL. Is there another tutorial, am I missing something?
  9. Hi Damien, I'm following your Replacing a background tutorial and was trying to figure something out. First, after doing the Levels layer do you Invert the mask so it is black? Then, you say to Place the new background via "File Place". I cannot find that. Probably right in front of me but still cant find it So do I cut or copy the new file and place Using CC? Thanks you!!!
