I'm attempting to make a white balance sheet in Elements using this tutorial https://www.damiensymonds.net/white-balance-sheet. I've gotten to Posterize and I'm stuck. I tried "Filter-adjustments-posterize" and nothing happened. Did I miss an elements tutorial?

Hi Damien, Here is my question. Will this appear too out of focus to print? I can sharpen the heck out of it and it looks great for web. My white balance was set according to the snow but I did adjust since it had turned the whole sky purple. All noise has been taken out. I use Elements and one of the cheaper Spyder's as my calibration. This was taken with a cannon rebel, f/2.8 Shutter speed 20 s, ISO 400 Lens Tokina 11-16@11mm. When the picture is viewed as a whole I don't feel like it's too bad but at 100% well...
