They want to do something like this:

I have someone who has a drone shot of a football field and wants to enlarge it to somewhere in between an 8x10-16x20. They sent me 2 files.  One is 1280x853 the other is 1280x718. I cropped in PS and it looks bad. I was wondering if this is possible (I don't think it is, but I am not an expert).

I did not make the sharpening action.

I Can't tell when it did it. i just looked at the action panel and it was there. Over and over again. I was able to delete them once I took it out of button mode.

I have a PC desktop running Windows 10 and Photoshop CC 19. It is under 2 years old, and has 48.0GB of RAM. Its hard drive has 166GB free out of 937GB. The last time I shut down was last night. I have never run a cleanup program.

I think it was something I did while recording the action.

I would greatly appreciate any help with this issue. I created an action and at some point after I run it it keeps repeating itself in the actions palette. Also, I use a sharpen for web action I noticed that it duplicates itself after I run that one too.

Ok, I don't know wtf I did, but now 99% of my photos and videos are gone from my phone. They are NOT in the cloud and I'm at my wits ends with this pos.

They're of my dogs when they were puppies. Not a huge deal, but was hoping I could save them somehow. And what's wrong with taking photos of my food???

Well I know I'm really low on storage. My phone says 31.5 of 32 gB used. Yikes.

No, I am trying to view them on my phone. I downloaded the transfer program but it didn't transfer everything. It said I could only transfer 20 per day unless I purchase the upgrade for $30

So, one of the problems I'm having is that the videos don't play, they just have the spinning icon and the photos have that ! on them. Is there a way to recover them?

I know, next time I'll be getting a phone with more storage. I'm downloading this program now. Thank you.

Thank you, Brian. The problem is when I log into iCloud with my account it says I only have 11 photos. Like, there's hardly anything in the cloud which is why I don't understand why I keep getting this pop up. I've looked in all the folder to the left and there's only 11 photos. So frustrating!

When I go to turn off photos I get the pop up that says, "Do you want to download a copy of your iCloud Photos to this iPhone?" And according to my iPhone, I'm just about at max capacity so I cannot do this now. I am currently trying to upload photos and videos to Dropbox.

Plus, I literally only have like 6 apps on my phone.

Sorry if this is not the right place to ask this, but I am having the hardest time trying to figure out why and where my photos are on my iPhone that have a ! on them. It's driving me absolutely crazy. I have so many older photos on my phone and I am constantly getting "need to free up space" notification. On my phone it says my storage is full. but when I go to my desktop, it says I have all this free space and my old photos with the ! on them are not there. I just upgraded my storage and still nothing. I thought my old photos were uploading to the cloud since it kept telling me it was full, but I guess they didn't? Please help.
