  1. these are all the files I sent to the lab These look a lot on here more like the prints, but they look way less saturated in PS....Maybe that helps?
  2. Yes I will send them, this is the order and I will upload the pictures...
  3. I am getting reprints but after she wrote that I checked my order and it says 'color conversion NONE' but she didn't reply back when I wrote her this, so I guess she went home from work. So that cannot be the problem though I hoped it would be....
  4. yeah but I checked my order there was no color corrections on....So I guess she wanted to get home or something and shut me up haha
  5. yes, that's right, but what did I do wrong while calibrating it today that it still looks even less saturated than the prints and less than the calibration before? I calibrated in a dark room like you suggested. Brightness was set to 92. everything else according to your suggestions. I am at my wits end...Can you come over LOL
  6. Yes let's see...but most of the pictures I send to my iPad etc are also more saturated...how do I set up Photoshop to be less saturated? Just over calibrating the monitor? Sorry to bug you with this but I am really struggling here and so afraid that clients come back and complain about their yellow and oversaturated pics ?
  7. Ok thank you!! Will never open it again ? they will resend the pics because she said they might have mistakenly checked the color corrections though I didn't check it....what else can I do?
  8. Are these settings right? Mpix wrote that I should put under color Management policies/ RGB: convert to working RGB and not what I have 'Preserve embedded Profile'
  9. When I just look at the display on my desktop, the picture with the settings SrGB look saturated, old calibration less saturated and new calibration very little saturated...first picture is new calibration, middle is older one and last in SrGB setting from the computer...
  10. I calibrated two times step by step following your directions... the colors are still almost as they were and the pictures are still more yellow.. ?
  11. Ok will try and let you know. Should I get prints again after calibrating again? Or could it be Mpix? Maybe I should order different labs? It’s so confusing with everything looks different
  12. OK, but with my Spyder there is not really something except the brightness that I can change myself...How would I do it? I probably read your article again, right ;-)
  13. Sorry, typed too fast and typed your name wrong ? the color settings in PS are these:
  14. Hi Dmaie, the pics from Mpix are here and unfortunately they don't look much like my PS pictures, the prints are way more saturated and yellow, please see attached files. What can I do?
  15. Yes I did, I calibrated my laptop with spyder all the time. I will have a couple of wine glasses ? thanks for your support!!!
  16. NO, not from my 'new' printing lab which is Mpix... :-( But I will get them in 1-2 days. I have one canvas that looks the same in finder but not in PS
  17. Thanks, yes I am still waiting for my pictures, the computer is brand new...yes it is annoying...it's so weird that nobody else I talked to seems to have that problem, they all say the pictures look exactly the same in Finder and PS....
  18. It's the same with the setting in sRGB....see pictures attached...Finder more saturated than ACR and PS...
  19. Yes ok, got it, thank you, but it is the same even with sRGB..... the view is different in Finder and ACR and Photoshop....why, do you know?
  20. This is an other example of edited pictures, in Photoshop the colors look ok but in Finder they look over saturated..
  21. Hi, I just got a new IMac 27". When I open the unedited pictures in Finder the colors look ok but when I open them in ACR and PS the colors are washed out. I calibrated my monitor but still wait for the pictures of the lap to arrive to compare them. But why do the colors in Finder look so much different? All is set to sRGB, also in ACR and PS. I also tried to set everything the new calibration (like in picture), doesn't matter, the colors stay washed out in ACR and PS. Please see attached screenshots of ACR and Finder View...Finder is more saturated.... thanks so much!!
