OK so these florescent lights I have 2 up on one end and they are 58 watt each and cool light. And gona change the candle bulbs to cool light. And for now put my desk near those bulbs, is that enough or do u suggest I still change to the batons? Thanks - were getting there

lol I am very unsure - i am setting up my studio in this room and i had planned to put it at that end which means my computer has got to be at the other end where there is no light. Maybe i shouldnt sort the lighting out till ive set my studio up and tried it out in different ways to see where it works best! complicated! Just want my calibration sorted already!!!! ok the 2 bulbs are F58W/35 any idea what it is?

ok thanks dont laugh but a woman came to repair the curtains n i suddenly noticed two florescent bulbs up there so there is a bit more light in my room now but i dono any details about those bulbs! it prob still isnt quite enough. but they are at the other end of the room to where i am working

Do i need the 6ft one or is the 5ft strong enough?

Hi Ok i had an electrician over who said he could get me 12 bulbs with cool light but only 40w he could also install led batons, 5ft led batons make: deltech Colour: cool white 4500k, lumens: 5400 60W 6ft led batons make: deltech Colour: cool white 4500k, lumens: 6300 70W He could put 2 on one end or one on each end.... Please could u advise if we should do and what to do? I am assuming if we use the batons then we dont have to bother changing the candle bulbs...besides the fact that it wont match the colour light.....

Never tried that - always got curtains closed! But ill be editing mostly in morning or evening! Ive asked a handy man if he could find me bulbs! hope hes going to come back with an answer for me tomorrow!!!!

OK np luck with 3 shops. Best I found was 40W with 2700k It's not theregular bulb so I guess it's hard to find. It's a b22 bulb. On Amazon I can see it 60W woth 6000K. Is that good?

Ok then im sure 100W is fine if you say its difficult to have a room thats too bright!!! Hoping for the best! will let you know when recallibrated with my new bulbs Thanks so much off to the shop now

Oh Oh So each bulb should be between 4000-5000 k and 100W each. How do i know that 100W x 12 is not too bright ?

K I'm Confused what I wrote there looks like a typo error - each bulb shud be between 4000-5000k or the whole room? I'm guessing the whole room am I right? So all the bulbs together have to add up! Hope the store advisor will help me ?

What do u mean in the 4000-5000 range? Am I asking shop for 100W bulbs and I should me to on 4000-5000k?

Happens to be I didn't turn off cuz it said in instructions that u don't have to but u shud N it is anyway not so bright so I didn't bother! In my old apartment I always turned it off! This time I did not! I can redo it it tomo with lights off but I prob still need to change bulbs so besides redoing it with lights out, what bulbs am I buying? Sorry for driving you crazy! Thanks

OK I took it out It says 240V - 60W So I calibrated with 10 of those and 2 of the others all on.

No i haven't. 2 bulbs had gone which we just replaced with bulbs that the landlord left in the cupboard (on the box it says 40W) These two new bulbs are not exactly the same as the other ones, maybe a bit more white than the others but im assuming theyre about the same... or do u want me to take one out and check? Thanks - read it! Now sorry to sound stupid but what exactly should i ask the store adviser? That i need the lighting in my room to be around 4000-4200 k? i need all 12 light fittings to have a bulb so i imagine i need weak bulbs because its so many???? And ill have to borrow a tape measure to measure my room. Sorry for sounding so clueless.
