I don't know how to figure out pixel dimensions...

400x600 in the Fit Image Section...am I looking at the correct area of the action?

Hi Damien, I've installed your watermark actions (thank you) and I thought I understood it until my boss she asked me to make sure that all my images are between 200-250kb so that they can't print the Facebook images we send them. When trying to make a vertical image at that size, I'm totally missing something because its got a bigger border behind it even though the image shrinks. Please help, my brain hurts.
