  1. I will be ordering them this week. I will check back with you when I receive them.
  2. Yes, last night. I think the biggest change is that I had it set at 120 and I changed it to the suggested 80. I still need to send out images for print. I restarted the print class material so I use what you teach before sending out.
  3. And looking at what you sent me for calibrating my screen. No, I have not done that.
  4. That was a joke. He is a calibrator of cars. Not for my photography equipment. I will order prints tomorrow so I can do my comparisons - The truth is I have only ordered prints twice - once a long time ago and once this year - this year's were awful as compared to my screen and partly it was because I was clueless about color spaces. But even after I made sure to use the correct color space they were off from my screen. I think I will go get some different led lights.
  5. OK, I just have to say this even though you won't get it.... MY Husband LOL - okay, to explain, my husband is a calibration supervisor at Ford Motor Co. Now, your answer... ColorMunki Display by x-rite.
  6. Darker images and colors slightly off. However, I do have the print class and plan on getting back to that class this week and ordering prints (that is where I had stopped) by the end of this week. I have a retina screen.
  7. I need to print the white/neutral sheets and take my three images. It’s a switch for me because I’ve take some lighting classes that use the grey card for setting the neutral on the histogram as a method for obtaining proper exposure and then using my test shot with said card in LR (which I’m trying to move away from because I don’t tend to edit in LR and yes, I’ve completely gone through your bridge class) to fix white balance. But I noticed the reflective surface you mentioned in the class on my grey card. But... now my mind is wondering how to use the grey card still for getting my exposure correct and using the white sheet for white balance. Brain is spinning.
  8. I actually have. But I appreciate the push.
  9. I’m guessing this is much more than just a monitor calibrater? I have an older colormunki I still use but it was no where near that price.
  10. I’m going to go with no since I’ve no idea to what you refer.
  11. My printer is not a home printer. It’s a professional photograph printer.
  12. But this is not for the print class. Just an order but it will give me the opportunity to compare.
  13. About the monitor? Well, I just printed a batch and they should arrive tomorrow and I will compare. My ‘no they don’t match’ is because I have a canon pro1000 and they don’t match that.
