I found the email. I emailed you. I will say I was able to tell the difference between the 3 print PSA but I had a hard time deciding between 300 and 400.

My test prints have arrived! Where do I send the image I took of them.

Thats great and all but these images I am working on have to be submitted Monday. I will just have to figure it out on my own.

Damien I cannot afford for these to just be ok, this is a super important job. I have already sent off for my test prints, It cost me $158. I can show a receipt if needed.

Ok, so am I waisting my time sending them if they are not going to be right ?

Damien, I forgot to ask, Is there a reason why we do not sharpen the images that I am sending to the magazine editor? I am just curious why.

Damien, you never answered me on how to sharpen them? Im not sure with them being for the website. USM or no? Plus when sizing them in pixels dimensions do I do it at the top bar during the crop stage? Should I use your guidelines for sharpening for web? or Best practices for web photos ?

They are a mixture but a total of 5 files. 1 portrait and 4 landscape images. I can just send each of them in 400px and 1200px just to be safe.

If it is 1200 for the pixel dimensions like you said, how do I treat the image in photoshop? If I've finished my edit and I am ready to save it what are my sharpening and saving requirements for this? Do I size the image using W, H, RES.? Do I sharpen USM OR no? Do I open the image size box and enter pixel settings there or somewhere else? Do I save as a jpeg?

Well anyways....... once I figure out the proper number how do I go about sending her the images she wants? Can you give me a general idea of what I need to do to deliver them properly. Maybe I won't have to bother you again about it. I appreciate all of your help so far.

I have an answer for the dimensions in pixels for the websites requirements. current photos are 400px x400px

I had to click the whole folder, and it uploaded all.

Now I have a new problem !!!!!!! none of my files for my test prints will pull up in my lab. everything is greyed out! Im seriously about to beat my head against the wall.

Im so lost! I know you want me to not use the image size pop up, to cancel the screen. but I need to know if the 300 in the res box is ok during cropping.

This screen shot I only entered the res value box of 300 and then cropped. now just save as jpeg?

Unless I am to leave the W and H blank and only enter the 300 for the res.

I AM ASKING WHERE DOES IT SAY 300? HOW DO I KNOW?

How do I know its set to 300ppi if I don't click ok in the image size box? Or are you saying yes click ok and then save, nothing more after that. I want to make sure I understand correctly.
