hash3
Hello, I did a senior shoot a week or so ago, and this beautiful senior chose a shorter dress that her Mom is hoping I can either lengthen or crop close. She doesn't want it to appear quite so short on her daughter. I have tried the cropping route, and I just don't like it. The wrinkles...well... I will worry about that as phase two. Im not even sure I can get her covered yet. Can you help please?
Damien Symonds
Yeah, it does look like she's wearing her dad's shirt, doesn't it?
hash3
Lol... Exactly. :-) She eventually pulled jeans on underneath, but they like this one.

Damien Symonds
I selected a big chunk of the bottom half of the photo, and duplicated it onto its own layer. Then I reduced the opacity and moved it down by one button distance, if you know what I mean. I made sure a button lined up. Then I masked that layer in as best I could. Then I added a cloning layer for all the little areas that weren't perfect. Download the PSD file
