cheyenne
When I share digital images with my clients they upload well from my end to Facebook, and are good quality on my clients end, but when my client takes the photo they downloaded from their online gallery and share it to Facebook the color and clarity are ruined. Is there anything I can do to stop this?
Samantha LaRue
Can you post an example? The color shouldn't be any different at all. Oh, and have you seen this? http://www.damiensymonds.net/art_tsfb000.html
Damien Symonds
Can you ask your client to email you one of those files they downloaded from the gallery? So you can take a look at it, especially its colour space?
cheyenne
Never mind! Apparently Facebook now has an auto enhance option when uploading images, so some of my clients have to go through their images during post and make sure upload original is chosen. I did know this was an option but didn't realize it would automatically do it to images for some people.
