StacyGilmore Posted September 13, 2017 Posted September 13, 2017 Hi Damien. I have a new Dell Inspiron 15 laptop. I have calibrated with the Spyder 5 Express, and my screen is way too warm. (Yes, compared to prints and my previous laptop) What do I do to fix it?
Damien Symonds Posted September 13, 2017 Posted September 13, 2017 Hi Stacy, are these the instructions you're following?
Damien Symonds Posted September 13, 2017 Posted September 13, 2017 And you've tried the troubleshooting options at the bottom?
StacyGilmore Posted September 13, 2017 Author Posted September 13, 2017 Didn't go far enough down the page t see that. Once I was done with directions, I closed the page. I will try those suggestions. Thanks
Damien Symonds Posted September 13, 2017 Posted September 13, 2017 In other matters, I hope you'll consider the Skin Class. It will rock your world.
StacyGilmore Posted September 13, 2017 Author Posted September 13, 2017 Followed the suggestions, still too warm. So frustrating. My old laptop is on it's last leg and I need to edit. I'll try and contact datacolor tomorrow. Thanks
StacyGilmore Posted September 13, 2017 Author Posted September 13, 2017 Can you tell me what this looks like on your monitor Damien? Warmth/color wise?
