Anne Adlington Posted March 28, 2016 Share Posted March 28, 2016 I had this issue when I first downloaded Bridge and I never resolved it but haven't done much since. Today I'm trying to resolve the issue and I'm not sure what to do next. I removed everything Adobe from my computer except Elements 12 and then downloaded Bridge again and I'm still getting the error "Bridge's parent application is not active. Bridge requires that a qualifying product has been launched at least once to enable this feature." Should I remove/install Elements? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
