Hi Ewa, I wish I had some kind of magic fix for you, but I'm afraid I don't.

This will simply require patient and careful cloning.

Have you used the Clone Tool before?

yes, I used it but I never use Clone Tool for to complication problem like this one.

Once I tried and texture looks like repeating the same area.

I have other images without drool and snot but toddler's face has different directions. have I any chance for a copy ?

I'm not optimistic about that, sorry.

I still think cloning is the way to go.  But yes,you'll have to be careful to vary your source point frequently, to avoid obvious repetition.
