How to remove bubbles/foam from baby's mouth?

I have a hard time removing saliva (bubbles/foam) dropping from baby's mouth. Any suggestions for solving this problem? Thanks in advance. Do I have to attach the RAW file?

I'm so sorry, I've got no "tricks" for you.  If you don't have another suitable mouth to swap in, there are only two choices:

1. Very slow, careful, artistic cloning; or
2. Accept that it is gorgeous, and leave it as is.
