Pixel size and printing chart?

I have searched and can not find the chart that shows the correlation between pixel size and print size...could you please link? 

I bought a "hi-res" file of the kids' school pictures and its 1250x1750...this is smaller than I size my FB images at 2048 and they claim it will print up to 8x10...

You're right, of course. That's only barely big enough for a 6x4 print.
