Tim Evans
I believe the answer to this is, "no sh-t" but since I've been wrong about so much this week, I figured I'd ask anyway. If you want to re-edit the photos you've used for test prints, am I correct that you either need to either (a) make a copy of the file to edit so that you preserve the image in the state from which the test print was made, or, if you don't make a copy, (b) order new test prints from the newly-edited file? You wouldn't make a copy of the file to edit. You'd simply make sure you had the jpeg file (that you sent to the lab) safely stored in a folder somewhere. Then you can start editing your raw file again as you always would. You definitely wouldn't have two copies of the raw file, nor of your PSD. 6 minutes ago, Tim Evans said: (b) order new test prints from the newly-edited file? Right.
