Autumn
Hi all! I took this image of my daughter and edited it (tried to use as little masking as possible except for on her skin since the backdrop is the dreaded thunder grey) and the banding is KILLING me. I tried adding noise to it and editing in 16 bit but it's still visible. My question is, would the banding be visible on a canvas? I'm hoping to order a 20x30. Thanks!
Anna-Lena Ström McGrath
Can you also post a SOOR? *Not* a "SOOC", but an edit with your raw edits done, but no PS work? I'm not sure D will need it, but it might be useful.
Christina Keddie
Also, where does the banding appear? Is it in your SOOR, or does one of your layers introduce it?
Damien Symonds
Yes, I echo Christina's question. It's vital for us to know if the banding was already there in your raw edit, or if your subsequent Photoshop editing introduced it. So if you could go ahead and show us the SOOR, that would be great, thanks.
