Batch resizing for FB?

Hi Damien,

I normally resize as I go along, but if I have a folder of jpegs that all need resizing for upload, how can I do this in 1 go without the drudgery of doing them all seperate? 

I've had a look round but can't seem to find anything (a blokes look..!!)...   Batch resizing for FaceBook - specifically to 2048px.. Can you point me in the right direction? Thanks..
