Damien Symonds Posted April 19, 2016 Posted April 19, 2016 Sounds like you're trying to resize it, instead of cropping it. You MUST crop to those dimensions. Did they tell you which CMYK profile to use?

Those was my instructions, i i have no cropped it to those dimensions bt it appears as though the color changed when converted to CMYK

Damien Symonds Posted April 21, 2016 Posted April 21, 2016 Tell her that you will be sending the file at the dimensions and resolution required, but in sRGB mode. You will require them to perform the CMYK conversion, and you will hold them responsible for the resultant print quality. 2
