My Perspective Tool is Wonky

I have used the Photoshop Perspective Tool a hundred times with no problems. But suddenly every time I try to use it now it reduces the image to a handful of pixels.

Seen anything like this before?

Yes, because you've got it set to "8px x 11px" in the Options bar, of course

Presumably you mean that to be 8x11 inches?

It happens to people quite often with their Crop Tool too

Anyway, I urge you not to correct perspective this way.  It's too destructive, and limiting.
