Damien Symonds Posted October 15, 2018 Share Posted October 15, 2018 Jump to next slide >> Installing Once the file is downloaded, your browser might give you the option to launch it right away, or you might need to double-click it in your Downloads folder: Either way, the first window you'll see is this one. Just press "Next": Next you'll get the window asking where you want to install the program. Unless you have a specific reason to do otherwise, allow it to install to its default location by pressing "Next" again: Next you'll see some options. I like putting the shortcut on my desktop, so that's what I choose: (I've never bothered with the Customer Experience Program. If you read the info it assures you that they don't collect any personal data yada yada yada, but I'm just not one for joining those things, you know? Up to you, though.) When you press "Install", that's what it starts to do. This shouldn't take very long, but of course it varies from computer to computer: And once it's done, it will tell you.
