Encouraging you to upgrade

The basic Glary Utilities program is free, which is wonderful.  But like all free programs, they do like to encourage you to reach into your wallet for the upgraded version.  You'll encounter the first instance of this when you finish the installation.  As soon as you press "Finish", it will take you to a new tab in your browser, promoting the Pro version:

The Pro version offers automatic updating, which is why I bought it.  It also offers a lot of other "deep cleaning" functions that I've never explored.

Should you pay?  Definitely not yet.  Wait and see if you like the program first.  I bet most of you will love it.  But still, I bet most of you will never pay.  You'll be happy to manually update the program each month.  And that's totally cool.

You'll notice other promotions throughout the program, all enticing you to the Pro version.  You can ignore all of them, and you'll still have a great cleanup program for free.
