Damien Symonds
Great. If we ignore the colours for a moment, can you tell me about the overall brightness of the photos? Does the brightness match between screen and prints?

Damien Symonds
Which is slightly darker? The screen or the prints?
Adventurechic
sorry, the prints are darker than the screen
Damien Symonds
Right. So that's your next step - recalibrating at lower screen brightness so that they match.

Damien Symonds
Just now, Adventurechic said: Brightness matches Wonderful! Just now, Adventurechic said: it still appears more yellow on the print than on the screen. Are you sure this is not the fault of your lighting? It's not too yellow in your room? Adventurechic
It could be my walls are brown and my light is an lcd on the warm side, but its more yellow, instead of warm like in red riding hood, although in the red houses it looks more warm. Damien Symonds
It's really important that you don't overcomplicate this. Don't try to categorise different "levels of warm". If your prints are warmer than your screen, there are two things to do about it: If you think the fault might be your lighting, see if you can change to cooler lighting. If you think the fault is not the lighting, calibrate the screen again to a warmer setting.

Damien Symonds
So what did you decide? Will you change your lighting, or calibrate to a warmer setting?
