CC issues

I have cc2016 .. rebooted the computer, and restarted CC a few times.. Any idea why when I am trying to upload photos to edit, when I hit select out of my photo folder (while holding down the ctrl key) I can select 2-3 and then it automatically uploads into cc? I changed batteries in my keyboard thinking it could have been a problem with that.. I always before was able to select as many as I wanted.. I also found this was happening in Bridge.. any ideas on what I can do to fix it ? or why it happened? Thanks!

 

I tried to do a search to see if this was ever asked before, but had no idea what to even search for to ask. Sorry if this is a repeat question.

I don't think it has been asked before   It's new to me.

It seems just as likely to be a mouse issue as a keyboard one.  Are you using a mouse, tablet or trackpad?

mouse... Its a new mouse as of a few days.. but maybe its a faulty one.. hummm

sure.. I cant get a new mouse today.. will get it tomorrow and report back

so yes it was the mouse.......had a new faulty one..
