fizzypop
Hi there. So I am trying to use Bridge more and more instead of LR. However, I have been working in LR for a long time and so I have folders for current projects where I've marked images with a flag to select that image. I then pick a few from within those selects and drag them to a collection for a separate project. I have been trying to figure out the best way to mark those flagged images in Bridge in a batch. And then to mark the ones in a collection as a batch so I can sort of replicate what I was doing in terms of organization in LR. So what I did in LR was: *filter a folder with flagged only photos *select all those flagged photos and keyword them "selects" *hit cmd+S to save xmp Then I opened bridge and filtered that folder with the keyword "selects. The problem - LR says I have 139 images flagged/selected and Bridge says I only have 129 images with the keyword select. Any idea what might be going on there? I did a quick scroll through each of the flagged images to see if they had the keyword "selects" and all 139 do. But not all 139 are showing up in Bridge as "selects." I hope that made sense

fizzypop
I prefer doing the cmd+s for now just to get my current stuff shifted over and then change the setting to save xmp automatically for older projects.

fizzypop
So after a bit of digging, I found that one file was not transferred properly bc it was a LR virtual copy. And then a bunch of other files didn't make it over with saved LR keywords bc they are Fuji x100s Raws. I needed to upgrade my Adobe Camera Raw to 7.4 or higher in order for Bridge to be able to read them. Oddly now I'm having the opposite sort of problem in which my Bridge collection says I have over 200 photos in it but the corresponding LR collection says 175ish. But I'm okay with that bc I can sort it later. Just wanted to update in case anyone runs into this issue.

Well duh. A typical Lightroom problem. 32 minutes ago, fizzypop said: And then a bunch of other files didn't make it over with saved LR keywords bc they are Fuji x100s Raws.
