Turning on bleed lines for canvas prep

I'm prepping a 20x30 inch collage canvas that has a 2inch wrap.

How do I turn on those red bleed line guides (transparent red?) so I can tell what's going to be on the face versus wrap of the canvas?

Yes that's it. I changed the wrap colour after re reading it which does the same job so thanku - I had over looked that part. I have downloaded psd's before that have red bleed lines on a seperate layers showing page breaks for spreads etc that you turn off before submitting do you know how I set them up?

Just add a new layer and draw them on, I guess?
