Yellow heels

Hey Damien,

What is the best way to lessen the yellow here? I've tried the colour balance tool but its still very yellow. I can't post the whole pic because its NSFW  so here's the 700 px crop.

Sure, try this:

Add a Channel Mixer layer, and go to the Blue Output Channel.  Change the sliders from 0, 0, +100, 0 to 0, +100, 0, -10.

Then mask to the foot.
