Stacey Sedgman
Hi Damien, Opening a file in ACR from bridge, do my raw adjustments, press done or open and changes are not saving and not opening in PS. Have I pressed something?
Damien Symonds
That's weird. When you re-open the raw file, are your adjustments still there?
Stacey Sedgman
No nothing at all. It also removed all the ratings. Reinstall do you think?
Damien Symonds
Can you do this for me? https://www.damiensymonds.net/thread1.html By the way, where are the files saved? On an internal hard drive, or an external?
Stacey Sedgman
I have a PC laptop running Windows 8.1 and Photoshop CC. It is over 2 years old, and has 12GB of RAM. Its hard drive has 282GB free out of 537GB. The last time I shut down was just before posting this thread. I run a cleanup program about once a week. Saved on internal drive. Backed up to external drive already.
Damien Symonds
Is it doing this with every single photo you try? Old and new?

Damien Symonds
Damn. Then yeah, maybe a reinstall is the answer What a bummer.
Damien Symonds
Seems like your old computer is falling apart. Better budget for a new one.
