Nikki Posted January 27, 2020 Posted January 27, 2020 Hi, I have had a client ask me ........... I’m currently updating my website and I’m wanting the photo below with a transparent background. Or perhaps white — we want to put it on a white website. My question is can this be done? Or will it look terrible?
Damien Symonds Posted January 27, 2020 Posted January 27, 2020 Yes to both questions - yes it can be done, and yes it will look terrible. Still, let's give it our best shot. Do you have it in raw format?
Nikki Posted January 27, 2020 Author Posted January 27, 2020 No I don't have the Raw anymore - this is what I have come up with so far?? Also for some reason it won't let me save as a PNG or Photoshop file any ideas why?
Damien Symonds Posted January 27, 2020 Posted January 27, 2020 Oh crap. Without a raw file I fear this is doomed to failure.
Nikki Posted January 27, 2020 Author Posted January 27, 2020 oh well - that's what I will tell her. Do you know the reason it won't let me save a PNG?
Damien Symonds Posted January 27, 2020 Posted January 27, 2020 I'm not sure without seeing it. Can you show me a screenshot?
Nikki Posted January 27, 2020 Author Posted January 27, 2020 It lets me save as scroll down to whatever file type I want, so all is completely normal except when I click okay and then it says NKK_6119_11crop.tif” already exists. Do you want to replace it? So basically it is not automatically changing the Save As name - does this make sense?
Damien Symonds Posted January 27, 2020 Posted January 27, 2020 So do you need to manually change the ".tif" to ".png"?
