GTA Imaging - Standout Mounts - Print Sharpenning

Hello everyone,

 

I'm just preparing an image for my client and ready to do the print sharpening etc for the Shandout Mount. 

1. Has anyone tried the standout from GTA and...

2. Should I consider anything else when preparing the file? The lamination options are: Satin (Default), Emery, Linen and Matte.

I haven't tried the standouts yet, but GTA does have a group on Facebook that is fairly active. I'm sure you could get some feedback there about the product itself. Not sure if anyone there can speak to their experience with sharpening them, though (one of the GTA reps in there recently said something to the effect of not believing in sharpening )

meh, so do a lot of people that don't understand how Damien's method works. Sure, there are a boatload of sharpening actions out there - but his method is quite unique. I wouldn't pay it any mind.
