ACR not opening RAW files from Nikon D7200. Yellow image on blue background.

I am having issues opening my Nikon D7200 RAW files in Adobe RAW. It shows a yellow image on a blue background. I am working in sRGB, operating system Windows 10, Adobe Photoshop CC (most current version).  The attached image is not from my pc, but looks pretty much like what is happening to me. I'm not sure how to fix this.
