Creating Template

I need to create a template that looks like this - I'll need a clipping mask for the left box and the upper right box to place photos in them.  The lower right box will contain text.  What's my best method for starting this off?  I know I'll need a transparent layer somewhere...  Pixels will be 2100 x 1824.

Never mind!  I think I just needed to pretend I didn't know what to do in order to get started!

And I'm back.  I've got the shape all set but now I'm not sure how to proceed to create the clipping masks for the two areas.

Have you read these?

I beg you to consider my Layers & Masks Class.  It's very cheap, and very comprehensive, and will teach you everything you need to know about this.

I've read them and I've taken all of your classes except the Sharpening class.  I don't often make templates - I'm just not "getting it".

Ok, then definitely re-read the Layers & Masks Class.  I recently added a whole new module about this.
