how to add shine to the face

Hi, i have a client that is complaining about no shine on her face,  her makeup was done by makeup artist but now she doesn't like the look, how do i add shine to her face? she wants to look "normal" like her husband

Oh gosh, I'm not surprised!  She looks so awful!  I hope you don't have to work with that MUA again.

The only way I know is to work patiently and artistically with a dodge and burn layer.

But even with the best dodging, it's still going to look weird, because she has no texture

jaa well worked with her on a reference, and she did 6 girsl in on e day and i am thinking lost s of problems coming. lol - so we learn the hard way
