Hi, I’ve been using my spyder for a few years with no issues at all.
I’ve recently had a HP ENVY 17-cg0003na Touchscreen Laptop.
I have used my spyder but it looks awful. Am I doing something wrong?

Hi it’s spyder 4, not sure how long I’ve had it.

Yeah, sorry.  Your Spyder4 is just too old for the modern screen technology, especially the touchscreen technology.

Time for a new one :(

Until you can afford a new one, plug an external desktop monitor into your laptop and calibrate it and edit on it.

Can I ask how I remove the settings & return my screen to its normal settings please?

Yes I’ve removed it but can’t edit on another screen as it’s not working. I’ll have to edit without calibration for now ( not ideal I know ) can I ask if I should make any other adjustments or should I adjust the brightness? It’s on 90

What's not working?  The screen itself?  Or the Spyder?

Well, you should loosely adjust the brightness so that it's a close match to your prints.
