Focus Check 85 MM

I was finally able to purchase the 85MM. I've got two photos here and if you can tell me if they are a 4 or 5, (or 1,2,3), it would greatly help with the others. Thank you for your help.

I would give them both 4 out of 5.  Easily good enough to use, but neither of them utterly perfect.

The second one has a tiny bit of motion blur.
