Blue skin removal

Anyone can help with this edit? I need to remove the bluish skin on the baby's shoulder. Any help appreciated,

I've had a look at the channels, and I'm quite sure I can help you with this - it should be a fairly easy fix.

So go ahead and do your raw processing first, as normal, then post the photo and the 100% crop again for me, and we'll discuss the solution.

That's great! thank you. I am looking for a general idea how to fix the blue spots, because he had a few of them and also his 2yo brother had some as well. so it's not about just this one spot/image.
