Lynne Duval Photography
I have a PC laptop running Windows 10 and Photoshop CC. It is over 2 years old, and has 8GB of RAM. Its hard drive has 137GB free out of 891GB. The last time I shut down was more than a week ago, because I'm an idiot. I run a cleanup program about once a week. I am trying to write text with a lined box around it on a white background. I know how to write text but I don't know how to make a black lined box around it on a white background. Please help. Damien Symonds
That you're an idiot? You MUST restart every day.
Lynne Duval Photography
Haha. Maybe there is an easier way to make lined boxes. Can you tell me how you would do this?
Damien Symonds
I don't truly understand your question. It sounds like you want to add a border to a text box, but that kind of thing isn't the domain of Photoshop. That's what InDesign is for. In Photoshop, you'll just put the text on one layer, and the box on another layer, in the usual manner.
