I gave my pictures ratings in bridge, then selected rating and opened by clicking control r to open.  All images have this strange blue overlay... and I can't see the histogram.  Any idea what is going on?  I did a quick google and see it mentioning disable GPU but that was on a 2017 post.  Screenshot included.

I closed and reopened bridge and then restarted computer but no changes.

I have a PC laptop running Windows 10 and Photoshop 2020. It is under 2 years old, and has 12GB of RAM. Its hard drive has 850GB free out of 931GB. The last time I shut down was just before posting this thread. I rarely run a cleanup program.

That all sounds fine.  I mean, 12GB of RAM is a bit on the low end in these modern times, but it should still run ok as long as you don't keep too many programs open at once; and don't open too many photos at once.
