Resolution issue

Hi

please help with resolution issue I m using 5d mark3 and all jpg to images showing 72 pixel per inch image size 5760* 3840

if I shoot in raw and covert in jpg it's 300 pixel per centimetre

is it fine? Ppi and dpi ? I m confused? Plz help
