Susiew Posted February 9, 2016 Posted February 9, 2016 Let me start by saying that I read the "out of gamut clothing" tutorial, but after attempting a couple of the options I feel lost and unsure of which direction to go. I attached an unprocessed photo, I do have the RAW but i was struggling so much with this one. If I bring the exposure or temperature up at all the clipping seems to go through the roof. Any direction would be appreciated.
Damien Symonds Posted February 9, 2016 Posted February 9, 2016 Oh yeah, it's the worst, isn't it? Are you in the Raw Class, Susie? I fear I won't be able to help you very much here in AD.
Damien Symonds Posted February 9, 2016 Posted February 9, 2016 Well, I can tell you that the white balance isn't negotiable. It has to be done correctly, and first, before anything else. I can also tell you that it might be possible to do this.
Susiew Posted February 9, 2016 Author Posted February 9, 2016 Thanks. I will give that a try. Yes white balance definitely needs correcting. Just curious though, this is something that would be easier once I have taken the RAW class?
Susiew Posted February 9, 2016 Author Posted February 9, 2016 Then send me an email already saying I got in!!!! LOL
Susiew Posted February 9, 2016 Author Posted February 9, 2016 Different Picture I know but this one I figured would be easier... OBVIOUSLY the masking is terrible and I need to do a cleaner job, but is this on the right track? 1
Damien Symonds Posted February 9, 2016 Posted February 9, 2016 Yeah!!!! That looks promising for sure!!!!
