Image size not big enough for canvas

My canvas template is 300dpi A1 size in Photoshop and my raw image is smaller in pixels at 300dpi.    Can I just enlarge my image to fit like you did to the sunflower in your Preparing a file at the right size for a wrapped canvas tut, or should I  reduce the dpi of my canvas to  150 which should be fine?   The print place stipulates a dpi between 150 and 300, they don't insist on 300.  Thanks, just wondered which you would advise to do.

The DPI of the raw image is utterly irrelevant here.   What are the pixel dimensions of your image?

If labs ever give you a range for canvas, always go for the lowest possible number.  Use 150.

Great!  That's HUGE. Easily big enough to print on the entire roof of your house, if you wished.
