Zoe Alcock Posted September 20, 2016 Author Posted September 20, 2016 Yes the shirt. It happen before when I tried to convert an image with a red jumper too.
Damien Symonds Posted September 20, 2016 Posted September 20, 2016 Yes, it's because there's clipping in the Red channel (at the left-hand end) on the shirt.
Damien Symonds Posted September 20, 2016 Posted September 20, 2016 So if you wanted to do a black-and-white of this one, use Channel Mixer for your conversion. Add the Channel Mixer layer, check the "Monochrome" box, then enter 0%, +100%, 0%, 0% for the four sliders.
Zoe Alcock Posted September 21, 2016 Author Posted September 21, 2016 Great thanks for the explanation. I wil give that a go ?
Damien Symonds Posted September 21, 2016 Posted September 21, 2016 It's an ever-present risk with any rich-coloured clothing. Always feel free to post any time you encounter it.
