Pictures open pixelated in PS from ACR

Hello, I recently purchased new MAC with 26" retina. When I open the pic in Bridge  they look fine, same in ACR. But when opened in PS I get some big, random parts of images missing. When I zoom out to 25% I can see entire picture but anything  enlarged above 25-30% gets the weird "something". I am going to att pic. Any idea what is this happening?
