Sherri Herring
I photographed an event this past weekend for an Angel baby organization. The organization wants the photos to go on Facebook for all the people that attended to be able to print them directly from a Facebook album. What is needed? Would a 4x6 high resolution JPEG photo work for the people to print off of Facebook?
Damien Symonds
Well yes, this would be ok. Facebook allows files up to 2048 pixels, and you only need 1500 pixels for a 6x4 print. In fact, if you uploaded them at 2048 pixels, people could even print 5x7s if they wanted. Is the organisation aware that Facebook images are somewhat reduced quality? I guess it won't matter, eh? Do they want you to put a logo on the photos?
Damien Symonds
By the way, I urge you to consider renewing your Levels Class membership. If you re-join Deluxe, you'll automatically become a Premium Member, where we discuss whole edits (raw-to-Photoshop) in single threads. It's an amazing learning resource. Sherri Herring
Thank you! They did not indicate they wanted a logo. Since I let my Levels class lapse, is there a waiting list?
