LOL. I just wanted to see what you would do. I'm pretty sure I know how you did it. The original one has more of a "painted" look to it I think, especially on the female. I'm going to play a bit more with it and I'll upload what I come up with to get your input.

Here's what I have. I'm still not really wild about it. Of course she doesn't have the flowing hair so maybe that's why I feel it's not "dreamy" enough.

Add some large blurred out branches/leaves to the bottom to make it look like you shot through a tree (like your inspiration pic's blurred out birds in the foreground) and that might help!
