new Refine Selection Brush in PSE

Hi Damien! I just got an email from Adobe offering a discount on their new Refine Selection Brush. They said:

"When you want to mix up scenes or put a favorite subject in a new photo, the new Refine Selection Brush is just what you need. Selecting fine details, including hair or fur, is no longer a chore — just paint over the area and Photoshop Elements 14 does the rest."

It's available for $69 (vs $99) right now and I'm wondering if you think this is worth it. Thanks!

You mean the upgrade to Elements 14 is $69, right?  They're not selling individual tools, I'm assuming.

Which version do you have at the moment?

Hmm, you're right. It's for the upgrade. But I have PSE 14 so I'm not sure why they sent it to me. Sorry to waste your time!
